How to check the data balance in Air tel? | Very Simple and Easy Steps

In this article, we will see how to check the data balance in Airtel with simple and easy steps. There are two ways you can achieve this.

1. Check the data balance in Airtel using your Smart Phone Keypad
2. Check the data balance in Airtel using Airtel App

Now let us see how to check the data balance in Airtel using your Smart Phone. 

Check the data balance in Airtel using your Smart Phone Keypad.

In your smartphone go the dialer option select the keypad as shown in the below image. Here you can see there are three options available for you.

• Keypad
• Recent 
• Contacts

Here you can choose the keypad option as shown in the below image. 

Once it is done, using your mobile keypad just type a special character * and 121 then type one more special character # as you can see here in the below image.

After that, you can click on the dialer option it will show you the below popup window. Here you have to choose option number 2 balance.

You can just type the number 2 and click on the send option to proceed further.  Here you can see the 5 options available for you.

1. Current Pack Info
2. Upcoming Packs Info
3. SMS:604
4. Other 
5. My Airtel App`
6. Back

Just type number 1 using your mobile keypad and then click on the send option as displayed in the above image. Here you can see what you are looking for.

1. Daily Data Usage
2. Current Data Plan
3. Current Balance

How to check Airtel mobile data balance using Airtel App.

Now let us see how to check the data balance in Airtel using Airtel Application.

In your smartphone just search for Play Store icon using the search button or you can look for this app manually. Play Store is a system application it is available for all android users. No installation is required for this application.

Click on the Play Store icon as shown in the below image.

In the search box, you can just type Airtel using your mobile keypad. The below application will open up for you.

Here you have to click on Install option as shown in the below image.

Once the installation is 100% completed then you can click on open option as shown in the below image.

How to register in Airtel App using your mobile number? 

Once the application is open up you can enter your mobile number and then click on continue option to proceed further as shown in the below image.

Here you can see the Airtel App dashboard page where you could see the below options.

1. Daily Data Left 
2. Validity
3. Unlimited Calls

Here Daily Data Left a place where you could see the amount of data that is available for you on that specific day.

It will be calcualted as Daily Data Available for you minus Daily Data Used so far which will give you the Daily Data Left.

It will take you to the next page where you could see the Data Balance icon which is available for you. Now click on Data Balance.

It will give you very clear information about your Airtel Data Plan. Here you can check your Airtel 4G or 3G Balance Data based on your plan.
